Converting a hexadecimal Timestamp to Date

807605Aug 6 2007 — edited Aug 6 2007
I have a hexadecimal number like: 0x46b76b79, and this number represents a Date like January, 4, 2007.
I would like to know if anyone knows an library that can do this.

Thanks, Lucas

PS: this link show how to convert it at C language
