Convert Win_Api_Utility and Win_Api_Shell to Web_Util at Oracle 10g

Hi, I hope all of you are fine.

I'm from Colombia, I speak spanish... my english is so so, sorry ok?

I must to migrate Oracle 6i forms to 10g, but they´re using the Win_Api_Utility (save_file, copy_file, open_file, delete_file) and the win_api_shell.shellexecute, because they need to open a document that it's chosen from the directory list, in a Oracle form. But I have problems to convert the Windows Utility to the Web Util at all this cases.

I need a help about that, please...
