Convert WFR Generated(xml & txt) file encoding from UCS-2 Little Endian to UTF-8

Hello Experts,

hope doing well, here I'm having a requirement to change the encoding format of WFR generated xml & txt file.

I want to change the default encoding format UCS-2 Little Endian of WFR to UTF-8 so follow the document Doc ID 2152135.1 but getting the script error after implementing the script while exporting the document

and in the Designer when I checked found the script error as below
