Convert TRADACOMS to XML

Hi All

Is there any way to convert TRADACOMS standard document to XML without making use of B2B?Basically a file containing STX/END,MHD/MTR segments(Tradacoms syntax) has to be converted to xml to use that in Oracle BPEL.
