Convert to format with DD-MON-YY, HH:MM:SS, Timezone (GMT or PST)

Hi,

I am using the below query to get time stamp along with time zone format.

>>SELECT CURRENT_TIMESTAMP FROM DUAL

Now the requirement i got is i need to get convert the format in DD-MON-YY, HH:MM:SS, Timezone (GMT or PST)

Please suggest me how to convert this format. Or is there any alternative time stamp option to do conversion.
