Convert Reports Builder XML files to APEX project

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me with this. I would like to convert our Oracle Reports jsp files to APEX.
I generated XML files from our Oracle Developer Suite Reports Builder jsp files.
When I attempt to create an APEX Conversion Project and upload the generated XML files into the conversion project , the only file type accepted is an fmb.xml. It’s not until I select to upload another file that I see the Oracle Reports file type. Since we do not use Oracle Forms (so no valid fmb.xml file), is there another way I can convert my Oracle Reports to APEX?
