Convert .OTL to CSV/.TXT

Hello,

I got the metadata file in .OTL format from client. Currently client is using Essbase application and now they are moving into PBCS. I want to load meta data in PBCS. So how can I convert .otl file to csv/txt?

Is there any converter to do this?

Please suggest ASAP.
