convert forms to text files

can anyone tell me how to convert form(.FMB) in forms 6i.... to text file....... where i can also see the trigger code...

i tried running
ifcmp60 forms_doc
but that wasnt working
....do i have to provide any other parameter to convert the forms into text file.

also is there any way to fire the method in (File/Administration/object list report) through command prompt to convert forms into text file?
