Convert file formats tiff to pdf

How do you use the UCM services to convert tiff to pdf using .NET ?

I have setup weblogic,IBR and ECM. I ahve also enabled the components on IBR for pdf.

What is the URL that will expose the webmethods for the conversion ?

Is there an installation viewlet or sample code available ?
