Convert ECEF to Lat/Lon

I've a need to convert from ECEF coordinates to Lat/Lon.
ECEF is not supported, it would appear, by Spatial. I see that I can add a new coordinate system, and then, perhaps, get Oracle to perform suitable transformation from ECEF to Lat/Lon. Anybody know if this is feasible? I'm concerned that the ECEF points are so high above the earth, there won't be a ready transformation.
