Convert Days to Year, Month and Day

I wonder if i can convert days to Year, Month and Day.

For example, from 40 days > i would get 0 Year(s), 1 Month(s) and 10 Day(s).

Been searching online, but doesn't seem to find any leads..
Hopefully someone can help.
