Convert dat file to wav file

hi all...
I am generating dat file by lab view . When i open this dat file (1.305802 1.307413 1.309829 1.310312 1.310795 1.311279 1.308057 1.307735 1.306285 1.306124 1.301936 1.306285 1.307896 1.308701 1.309346 1.308863.........)

Now How can i convert this dat file into wav audio format by java.

can some one help me .........
