CONVERT ASSEMBLY CODE TO C,JAVA

hi friends
I had got a very big assembly code that we are using in our microcontrollers(ST). But to make it more productive we want to make some changes . Is there any tool by which we can convert the assembly level code to some other language like C or JAVA.
