Convert a date into Common Format

Hi,

I have date value in different formats coming in a flat file.

Sometimes, it comes in DD-MON-YY and sometimes MM/DD/YYYY.

03/20/2016


If the date is in MM/DD/YYYY then leave it as is and if the date is DD-MON-YYYY, then convert it into MM/DD/YYYY.
