Conversion of SQL resultset into DBF III file (dbase file)

Dear All,
Is there a way to convert the SQL Rseultset into dbase file(dbf III) using PLSQL or forms???
My database is Oracle10g..
Appliactio Server version is 10.1.2.0.2 and platform is Windows..
