conversion issues in sys tables

I want to change the character set of my Oracle 10g database from WE8MSWIN1252 to utf8.

csscan reports some conversion issues (lossy or convertible) for some sys tables:

User : SYS
Table : WRH$_SQLTEXT
Column: SQL_TEXT
Type : CLOB

User : SYS
Table : SOURCE$
Column: SOURCE
Type : VARCHAR2(4000)

User : SYS
Table : WRI$_ADV_OBJECTS
Column: ATTR4
Type : CLOB

please can you advise the best way to solve this issue?
