Conversion Approach and Tools in WebCenter Content

Hi all,

I am trying to find out if there are content migration/conversion tools available in WebCenter Content and other 3rd party tools to convert large amounts of content from other content repositories into WebCenter Content. I would appreciate if someone can forward any documentation on the approach to be adopted for such conversions and share your insights on this
