Converrt a file from ASCII text to UTF8

Hi ,

I am trying to create a file using utl_file.fopen_nchar to generate it in UTF8 but still it is getting generated in ASCII text. I am writing the content in the file using UTL_FILE.put_nchar.

Please suggest any possible solution to generate the file in UTF8 while generating or converting it after it gets generated.
