Control recovery parallelism in physical standby

ALTER DATABASE RECOVER MANAGED STANDBY DATABASE parallel 4 disconnect; makes the recovery process to run in parallel 4 mode manually. Can this same behaviour be controlled automatically? Is there any parameter which can be set so that every single time managed recovery starts, it starts with parallel 4?
