Content Management SDK Web Starter Application

After I install Content Management SDK 9.0.3, then I deploy and config the sample application:"Web Starter Application",

after I invoke http://xxx.xxx.xxx:7778/webstarterapp,
and then keyin "guest" user id to logon the application,
but when I press submit button, I got these error message
:503 Service Unavailable,

please help , thanks a lot !
