console error in runtime only environment related to oraclejet library

Hello,

We just created a new runtime only environment. Workspace was exported from UAT environment and loaded in the target runtime environment, then the application. The application is a dashboard of 5 tabs with 3 - 4 graphs(pie, line, bar) on each tab.The application runs but none of the charts are rendered.

I checked the console (f12) and there are several error messages related to not finding

/i/libraries/oraclejet/17.0.2/js/libs/oj/17.0.2/resources/nls/localeElements.js.

Can someone assist with steps to follow to resolve this?
