considerations to change password for sys, system, dbsnmp etc

GeorgeZhouzhiqingDec 14 2017 — edited Dec 15 2017

wondering what is the concern to change the sys, system, dbsnmp password etc, what will be affected?

----appended below----

thanks for everyone's reply, maybe I should ask as below:

What is your practice for changing the password for those system accounts

for example

1. communicate with users who is using these accounts

2. Request for Change

3. make changes and have users to update the password in jobs if any

beside above, what I really like to understand is that is there any default built-in jobs/processes running as those accounts, I don't have impression that there is, but like to make sure by posting in this forum.
