Connectivity to a 2 server RAC VB instances on one machine

Hi,

I am running a 2 server RAC VB instances on one machine, and I would like some advice on how to connect to it from a second machine. The challenges includes making us of the SCAN address, the virtual IP address, and the public IP address from the second system. I have been playing around with Port Forwarding, and I have had some success, but not much. To complicate things, the second machine is running WebLogic in cluster configuration, and I need to test out failover capabilities.

My hope is that there are templates for a setup like this.
