Connectivity from Oracle 11g client to database

Hi,

I have installed oracle 11g R2 client on windows XP. I have a 2 node oracle 11g R2 RAC.
I want to connect to the rac database throught the client.
when i am connecting to database it is showing no listener.
when try to fire lsnrctl from local cmd window it is giving me lsnrctl is not a recognized as an internal or external command.
can anyone help me.
I am new to this client. Please tell me the way to configure the netca coz the services in the connection database is RAC.
