Connections.xml file in Windows 10 and 17.2?

I just upgraded my OS to Windows 10 and installed SQL developer 17.2

I am unable to locate the connections.xml file which stores the connections in the previous version of SQL Developer.

Since I upgraded both my OS and SQL developer at the same time, I am not sure if this is stored differently in Windows 10 or in new version of SQL Developer.

Could someone help?
