Connections get lost after restarting SQL Dev. (migrated from SQL Dev. 1.2)

Hello,
I've just downloaded and installed the new release of the SQL Developer (1.5). During the installation process I migrated from an earlier release (1.2). All already existing connections from the previous release showed up fine. But after restarting the SQL-Developer 1.5 all connections are lost. Even a recreated connection gets lost after restarting.
I went through this forum but none of the mentioned solutions helped in my case.

Any help will be appreciated
