Connections are not closed, opened always?

Hi Everyone,

After deploying 3 ADF Applications into web logic server successfully, got connection issue in web logic server.
The server has set to 150 connections so till 150 connections the reports are working fine but after 150 connections the reports are not runnning at all.
It means the reports are creating connections but not closing the connections.

What can ii do for this urgent issue?
please provide some suggestions... its very urgent.
