Connection to remote database problem in 9.0.4

Hello,

I got the following error when I tried to run a sql in the SQL Worksheet in 9.0.4:
"ORA-01891: Datetime/Interval internal error".

I could connect to the middle-tier database fine, but most of the tables are in the remote database. When I tried to run a sql query to the remote database from the middle-tier database, then I got the above error.
Is this a bug in Jdeveloper 9.0.4?
Please help.
