Connection to Oracle Database by TOAD

hi experts, i've got a problem connecting to to Oracle DB....

I installed Oracle Enterprise DB into Windows Server 2008, in the Virtual Box platform...

now, i need to connect to the DB, by TOAD, from another platform (windows 7)..

user: xxxxxx
password: xxxxxxxx
direct > host: 10.0.2.15, 
            port: 1521
            sid: books
connect as: normal
connect using: oraClient11g_home1

this is the error

ORA-12170:TNS:Connect timeout occurred

hope someone can help me.
