I've seen these two errors...
Connection Request Timed Out
and
Pooled Connection Request Timed Out
My assumption is that these are not the same error and that the first one indicates the connection to the DB failed and the second one indicates that a request for a connection from the connection pool failed.
Can anyone clarify?
