Connection problem to ODI Server (Master Repository) via VPN network

Hi to all,

I have a connection problem to ODI Server (Master Repository) via VPN network from company where I work to Customer Company. The Customer company is located in a different place of city.

When I connect to ODI Server from Customer company internal Network where ODI server machine is it, the connection work fine.

Instead when I connect from company where I work via VPN with the same connection string in client program configuration, the connection has not successful.

Can any one help me.
