Connection Planning PBCS - SmartView - HSGetvalue

Hi experts,

I'm using PBCS and I have an excel sheet with 6000 HSGetValues, is an excel sheet with 800 rows.

When I click Refresh I have to wait about 120 seconds to get my result. Is possible get my result faster?

I can't connect to essbase directly because in PBCS i have only planning connection (https://xxxxx. pbcs.em2.oraclecloud.com/HyperionPlanning/SmartView).

I know that "on premise" realise can connect to essbase directly and is faster than planning connection but in PBCS can't connect to essbase directly.

Any help?
