Connection issues

Hi,

Our servers are running in Weblogic 5.1 with SP13. We are facing connection issues while connecting from client. This happens when the trafic is more and in the logs it's showing like

Wed Oct 15 22:20:42 PDT 2008:<W> <ListenThread> Connection rejected: 'Login timed out after 25000 msec. The socket came from [host=192.168.100.253,port=26768,localport=7204] See property weblogic.login.readTimeoutMillis to increase of decrease timeout. See property weblogic.login.logAllReadTimeouts to turn off these log messages.'

This is hapning when we upgrade the DB from Oracle 9i to Oracle 10G. Please let me know if anybody faced this type of issues and got the solution.
