Connection fail creating a new repository ORA-12154

hi guys,

I just installed the oracle database, rcu and OBI. I don't have the client software. Everything was okay when I installed the database, rcu and OBI.

But I cant connect to the database OCL10g/11g. and the BI administration window shows: 'C:\Oracle\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\network\admin' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

I have my tnsnames.ora file in this filder C:\Oracle\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\network\admin' , in my environment variables.

I also add the direction into my user.cmd.

But I still have the connection problem.

What else I need to do ???
