connection error with SAP adapter "RFC_ERROR_PROGRAM: Missing SYSNR"

Hi All

I am trying to connect to SAP system and hit the below error on Application Explorer:

SEVERE IWAFManagedConnectionFactory com.iwaysoftware.af.container.adapter.AdapterConfiguration activateAdapter(321) Problem activating adapter. (java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: com.ibi.sap.SapAdapterException: com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Exception: (101) RFC_ERROR_PROGRAM: Missing SYSNR=... in connect_param in RfcOpenEx). Check logs for more information

Have ensured with SAP team that credentials provided are correct and they are able to connect to the system with the given entries.
Any inputs on what could be issue ? Is it some configuration issue ?

I am able to connect to other SAP systems(other targets) from same application explorer.
