Hi,

I'm trying too connect R with Oracle but always we get this error message:

"Error in .oci.Connect(.oci.drv(), username = username, password = password,  :

  ORA-12557: TNS:protocol adapter not loadable"

I have R on my laptop and my database is in the server.

I'm using ROracle package, i try with the following commands:

library(ROracle)

drv<-dbDriver("Oracle")

con<-dbConnect(drv,"wz","wz",dbname='PERU.ITIM')

I have this environment variables:

Sys.getenv("ORACLE_HOME")
