Connection error:Reached connection limit

Hi

While accessing my application and performing an operation i am experiencing an error :

"Internal Error:1074671617
Database action failed:Connection error:Reached connection limit(8)"

What can be the reason for the same?I have increased session count for oracle db but the error is existing.The issue occurs 9 out of ten times.


Anyone has any clue?
