connection as SCOTT

Hi,

Could anybody tell me if is possible to connect to APEX as SCOTT and to get a session on the database as SCOTT (through a DEDICATED server connection) ?

May I set up APEX or the database to make SCOTT to use a specific resource plan and supposing MARK to use another resource plan ?

... all in APEX 4.0 and Oracle 11gR2.
