Connecting to Visual Web Developer

user10427840Feb 7 2010 — edited Feb 19 2010
Hello,

I'm a newbie here. I have been using Oracle for a couple of years now. I am currently working on a graduate project by connecting to Oracle using a web-interface creased by Visual Web Developer. I have had issues in the past with connecting to Oracle, but I did manage to fixed them after hours of internet research. A couple of months ago I was able to see a sample table that I created in Oracle by clicking "Debug". I've erased my harddrive to improve performance and reinstalled everything. I can still connect to the database, but for some reason I can't see the tables I created. A couple of months ago I didn't have this problem. I'm using Oracle 10g2 and I have tried both VS 2008 and 2010 and still can't see the tables. Obviously the issue is with the database. Should I uninstall and reinstall Oracle?

(Sorry if this is a repeat issue. I keyword-searched the topic and didn't see anything similar to what I'm dealing with)

Thanks in advance,

Robert
