Connecting to Sun VDI service takes 4 minutes

Hi,

I have a Sun VDI 3.1 setup with one virtual primary broker, two physical secondary brokers and 3 additional connection brokers.
I have vmware at the backend as a desktop provider.

When a SunRay connects to one of the additional brokers a RDP session is almost instantly available.
When a SunRay connects to one of the secondary brokers it takes exactly 4 minutes to connect to the desktop.

does anyone have an idea?
