Connecting to Sql Server usins Sql Dev 1.5

I downloaded jtds 1.2.2 and moved under the Sql Developer folder. I went to the tools / preferences / database / third party jdbc drivers and added the path to jtds (D:\sqldeveloper\jtds-1.2.2-dist). I restart Sql Developer and try to create a connection, but the only tabs I see are Oracle and Access.

Can someone help me get this working?

(fyi, It works perfectly accessing Oracle db's via LDAP)
