Connecting to Oracle 9i DB from Compact .NET

I have approx. 200 PDAs running Pocket PC 2003 which connect via a web page to an asp.net server. The server then talks to my Oracle 9i database via ODP.NET and returns the required data.

Is there any data provider for the Compact .net framework which will allow me to connect to the database directly?
