Connecting to MSSQL server -> Login failed due to client TLS version... using jtds driver

Hello,
when connecting to MSSQL Server from SQL Developer using jtds driver from https://sourceforge.net/projects/jtds/files/jtds/

I tried version 1.2, 1.2.7 and 1.3.1

Using any version after Retrieving database I am getting “_Status : Failure -Reason: Login failed due to client TLS version being less than minimal TLS version allowed by the server. ”_

Could You please have a look at this problem? Yes, I can connect to the server using Microsoft SSMS, but I would like to have the connection in my Oracle SQL Developer, because all other connections are there.
