connecting to KISAM (ADP Autoline Database Filesystem)

hi, can anyone please help me connect SQL Plus to a database called KISAM (ADP Autoline Database Filesystem) running on an AIX UNIX machine. I know it is possible to do it via ODBC since someone I know has done it for MS SQL Server? Any help/guidance will be highly appreciated.
