Connecting to isql database.

Hello everyone,
Could any body help me in connecting to a isqlplus database from C#.NET. I do know how to connect to a database on local machine. I need to konw how to connect to a database which is present in remote machine.

I need to connect to http://prophet.njit.edu/isqlplus
and I do have the username and password for this database.

Could any body help me in getting the connection string for this database.
