Connecting to Database from a jsp page without any dsn

I am using Apache HTTP Server and TomCat to run my website and I need to connect to MS Access database through a JSP code and I don't want to use DSN. Can anyone help me with this? I am doing this on a XP Home computer.

I am new to TomCat ... so any insight into its configuration and deatil will be helpful.

PS : Providing a code with documentation will be more appreciated
