Connecting to a HSQLDB

I'm getting the following error when testing a new Advanced connection type: Invalid connection information specified. Verify the URL format for the specified driver.

Here is the Custom JDBC URL I'm using: jdbc:hsqldb:file:C:/Users/user/db/hsqldb
