Hello,
I'm attempting to make a connection using ODBC Administrator, and am being thrown this error:
"The setup routines for the Oracle in OraClient12Home1_32bit ODBC driver could not be loaded due to system error code 1114: A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed. (C:\oracle\product\12.2.0\client_1\BIN\SQORAS32.DLL)."
I've seen a similar question asked, but with no solution. I've checked the file location, and the library is there. The environment variable for my path is also set correctly to the bin.
Any help would be appreciated.
