Connecting SunRay 3 plus for the first time, can't get past 22B

I have a Sun Ray 3 plus that I'm trying to use and it connects to the network, but it hangs on the 22B code. The server sees it, and I've tried to push firmware updates to it and I can't get to the main menu (stop-m) on the client to configure it either. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I am running the latest Sun Ray server software (5.4)
