Good morning
I have successfully installed and run Oracle Express v18 with SQL Developer in the past.
This week I am trying, on a new laptop, to install Oracle Express 21c and SQL Developer 21. But I cannot make the connection. Keep getting "The Network Adapter could not establish the connection". I have checked that the database is running (and it is). Username SYSTEM and appropriate P/W. localhost, Port 1521,SID xe.
Would appreciate any help?
